They were very thorough in explaining to my son and I every step of the process and the length of time treatment will take. I appreciate the upfront pricing and that they even have made a special financing package for people struggling due to covid. Today my daughter got her braces on. Dr Pezoldt ,khi and the whole staff did such an amazing job. My daughter was so scared, but Khi did such a great job at calming her down and explaining the whole process to her, really making it such a great experience. My son received a referral to Dr. Pezoldt from our regular family dentist. He has needed orthodontic work for quite some time...not just for cosmetic reasons but for overall health, as well. It wasn't surprising that the entire staff was just as warm and friendly as my regular family dentist team. From the minute we stepped in to the front desk, through the xrays, consultation, and financial discussion it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Pezoldt was the first Orthodontist to really speak to the needs of my son and provided a full explanation about how he would proceed with my son's treatment. I am very happy to have found this orthodontic office for my son. I think we'll be moving forward with the treatment plan very soon.

Wonderful office from Dr. Pezoldt to the office staff. My daughter was nervous about getting braces but the staff has worked wonders with her, she actually looks forward to her appointments. Dr Pezoldt did a great job with my son’s teeth. He took his time to make sure we did not loose any adult teeth. Six years later his teeth still look great but he grew to much and we are back in to prepare him for surgery to fix his bite. Nothing could of prevented this unless he son didn’t grow after the braces were off. We have been greeted with confidence just as before that all will be fine.
